$100 Credit

If you feel like you were outdone after waiting in line to buy the iPhone and see the $200 price drop a few weeks later, you can head over to the apple page and apply $100 rebate. It is called the $100 Apple Store Credit for Early iPhone Owners. So if you bought your iPhone before August 22nd head over and fill the form by November 30th.

The Fine Print from the Terms and Conditions:
“.. may redeem credits at an Apple Retail Store, the Apple Online Store, or Apple Telesales (1-800-MY-APPLE) in the United States …”

“.. may not redeem credits: (1) at any iTunes Store (2) Apple Store locations outside the United States; (3) at Apple resellers; (4) for cash …”

5 Comments to “$100 Credit”

  1. Thanks for the easy quick link!

  2. I was hoping to use my credit to buy some ringtones, Bummer.

  3. According to Connie Guglielmo at bloomberg even though Apple’s Web site says the credit isn’t good for iTunes gift cards, “the page is incorrect and is being revised” and you “can use it to purchase iTunes gift cards”.

  4. Can anyone confirm if they actually bought the iTunes gift card with their iPhone credit?

  5. I’ve been reading about the Bloomberg claims elsewhere on the net and if it’s true, that would be great. I’d try to spend most of it in the iTunes Plus section but since it’s not a very big catalog yet, I don’t know. I’ll probably just get something in a retail store.
