The list of supported SMS providers is overwhelmingly companies owned or run by Betamax, so if you don’t like any of them, you definitely won’t like this app. Their recommended provider (my-cool-sms.com) has AWFUL customer service. I would steer away from them as well. Go with another app and SMS provider I say.
Posted on March 16th, 2010 at 5:25 pm by Jelly DogI respectfully disagree. I don’t know or care about this Betamax company that you mention but I actually had only good experience with my-cool-sms customer service.
I am using JellySMS with My-Cool-SMS since last July and am completely happy with it. Easy to use and all my messages (sending to Sweden mainly) arrive instantly. When I had trouble logging in to my account both, Jelly and My-Cool-SMS have been very responsive and very helpful! Like! Thumbs up.
Posted on March 17th, 2010 at 5:30 am by SvenI have been using my-cool-sms over a year and it has been a satisfactory experience.
I start using Jelly SMS starting this year and I did had trouble to get it running as I could not log into my-cool-sms account via them but it was fixed with one single email to their support.
