Priceless Picks review

Priceless Picks is an iPhone app from MasterCard that find local deals and user recommended business listings on an innovative GPS format 3D map. User share their favorites, and recent experiences at shops, restaurants, and places nearby. Open the Priceless Picks app and it shows you a 3 dimensional map that locates where you are, and shows giant colorful round balloon bubbles where user recommended shops and deals are in your area.

The map and user navigation in the Priceless Picks app is what truly makes it a unique app. Just tap and drag to pan around the streets, pinch and squeeze to zoom out and tap on any bubble to zoom on into it. Drag the map and you can actually rotate 360 degrees in real time. This map movement and the transparent bubbles alone are worth checking out the app. Plus you might even find some deals or discover new stuff around your current location. Settings let you filter out what categories you wanna see. Pick from Priceless Picks, Dining, Shopping, Entertainment, and Other, color coded to orange, red, Blue, purple and green. Once you find a business you like, the app can route directions from where you are to the listing right on its map.

One final thing about the Priceless app is the ability to add new Picks (recommendations) to the map very easily. This feature is quite powerful for both consumers and business owners looking to advertise their stores, and get the word out about their offerings. Make sure to read the “Submission Guidelines” before you post anything to avoid breaking any rules the app has set forth.
