iPhlix for Netflix review

iPhlix (previously known as iFlix) is one of the best overall Netflix apps for the iPhone and iPod touch. View and manage your Netflix queue within the iFlix iPhone app, which boasts a stunning graphical design and layout. iFlix 2.0 brings a visually stunning new interface to interact with your NetFlix Queue. Throughout iFlix, vivid colors and clever accents make managing your queue easier by putting the information you need right at your fingertips. Searching on the iPhlix app show MPAA Ratings, star ratings, formats (blue-ray) and instant queue availability.

Instant Queue control is here. Do you love the Netflix instant queue and use it on your TiVo HD, Roku, XBox 360, or Windows PC? The iPhlix app now lets you instantly manage your instant queue, right from your iPhone or iPod touch. Instant Queue availability for any movie is shown by a little black downward facing arrow across the iPhlix app. The For You tab contains your RSS list of NetFlix recommended movies, based on your ratings of other movies. You can easily swipe to reject any recommendation in iPhlix.

Using the iFlix app your Queue at Netflix is shown to you in a very innovative format that easily reveals lots of information:
– View a movie’s NetFlix rating
– If you have already rated the movie, it will appear yellow with your rating
– Get Blu-ray notifications
– See if you’re movie is ready or if you’re going to be waiting
– Queue count is updated in real time so if a movie is deleted, the count goes down one
– Show the format your movies are, format can be changed within iPhlix.
