1. App fine. Order breaks down between the fulfillment center and the store. Ordered with app, then Waited at home 10 minutes then drove to the store to see the phone ring and the guy on the other end was calling in my order! Crazy! The customer should not beat the order to the store. Hagerstown, Cole Road location.

2. The papa johns app is a waste at best. I added it to my iPhone only to find that it doesn’t work at all. The app auto closes shortly after tapping it; making it useless. I have contacted papa johns customer service on three separate occassioms and have been ignored with absolutely no response each time. As a result of this arrogance I not only dont use the app but now choose other and frankly better pizza purveyors. How can a company ignore customers and then expect their business?
