LED-Torch review

Your iPhone 4 has an LED flashlight to be used while taking pictures in the dark. Now developers have access to this feature in iOS4 and apps that use it are starting to pour into the App Store. One of the simplest ones out there is LED-Torch from Matteo Cortonesi. The app has one function, that being double tap. Open up the app and your LED flash turns on. Double tap anywhere on your iPhone screen to turn it off. Double tap to turn it back on and so forth. While keeping things simple, adding a couple of features here would probably only help the popularity of LED-Torch.

There aren’t any frills or features to be heard of here. Just a simple flash light app for your iPhone 4. If you are looking for simplicity, this one does the job. LED-Torch will be great to use in situations where you don’t want to mess with finding the “on/off button” such as when you are already in a very dark area, and need a source of light.
