I could find a stuck pixel with the tool. Fixing it with this tool didn’t work for me.

Posted on November 3rd, 2010 at 1:08 am by MalkanahThe name of the app is extremely misleading, but it’s supposed to fix ‘stuck’ pixels that froze on a color. ‘Dead pixels’ is a hardware problem and therefore cannot be fixed via a simple app.
As for the crashing, you may have to use backups from your iTunes to recover your phone.
