SSH and Telnet Client app available in the App Store for your iPhone from developed by Instant Cocoa and entirely based on PuTTY. This means if the features are in PuTTY, it can probably be provided in pTerm on the iPhone!
This app has 2 hardcoded keyboard keys, Connections and a Ctrl key on the top. Supports SSH, Telnet, and Raw Socket (TCP). Xterm terminal emulation with (80×24 in vertical mode, or 6×54 in horizontal mode) standard unix terminal window and large font size. Pinch to zoom in the terminal and support for landscape and portrait modes.
