MyMemory data comes from the translation memories shared by Translated.net and its professional translators and also from trusted multilingual websites automatically aligned.

This app allows you to translate terms and small texts from English to Italian and vice versa! MyMemory combines machine translation with human translation. For every text search MyMemory will provide the most similar professionally translated text and when not available will provide a computer translation from Google, Microsoft and other.

– More than 400 million translated segments
– Automatic recognition of the language in which you are writing

Known Iussues
– Due to the fact that some data is extracted automatically from multilingual websites. The translation may not be aligned with the original content. Normally these wrong aligments can be identified easily by the user.
– The iPhone App does not still support voting and contributions from the users like the web version.
– The automatic language detections does not work very well on single words,
