iDrum: Depeche Mode Sounds of the Universe is a music generation iPhone app that lets you interact with, and instantly remix pieces from Depeche Mode’s new album. Have fun re-arranging rhythms, drums, effects and more from each song on Sounds of the Universe.
Use the raw drums, effects and instrument sounds to make your own musical creations. iDrum lets you build beats layer by layer by tapping the touch screen. Create music with simple shapes and color combinations that let you visualize the rhythm. Experience Sounds of the Universe in a completely new way with iDrum! The remixes can’t be recorded or shared, but they are fun to play with.

This is a fun app to pass time on the train or bus. It’s great for writing loops. Horrible for sequencing a track.
