Wow! The TV app for the new millennium has just arrived from a seemingly small app developer called FunForCell and its called Next Episode. Personally, I constantly forget which of my shows are playing, and at what time they come on. So this is the perfect app for me. Once I type in my favorite shows, all I have to do is open up this app and it brings me to a list of my favorite shows. This list has the next episodes air date along with a short summary of what’s coming up next in the show details, and what I might have missed in the previous episodes.
The Next Episode app comes complete with sections that tells me how many seasons and how many episodes each show currently has. It gives me a detailed rundown of each show along with where I can find play listings for each of my TV shows.
I can add unlimited shows and send the info to either myself or others. Now I’ll be able to plan my TV viewing each week with ease that I have this app. Maybe I’ll be the one people will call to find out what shows are playing when. I guess you can say Next Episode could potentially make me the TV boss.
The Main Sections of the Next Episode app include, My Shows, Recent, Calendar, What’s Next, Stuff to Watch, Top Shows, We Recommend, Social, and Show Detail.
For $0.99 [Update: The price of this app has been raised to $2.99] Next Episode is well worth the price tag and offers a ton of content that will boost anyone’s TV watching experience. This is one of those apps that would be great to “gift” to someone you know who loves watching TV.
