THIS is the app I’ve been looking for! Its perfect. It’s easy to use and lets me make my own workouts and exercises and record all the details of my workouts just like a workout card. The graphs are nice. This is the only app I’ve found that lets me record all my exercises because all the others just have a stupid checkbox that I did something and doesn’t let me put in sets and reps and weight and stuff. I really like it.

Its pretty cool and figured I would mention it in case you haven’t heard of it yet. The Lite versions alright but the full version is better. Its not for diet though, its mainly for working out 🙂
