Form review

Form is a physics based puzzle game for the iPhone and iPod touch where you a guide falling ball through an obstacle course from one pipe to the other as you collect the keys needed to unlock the exit pipe, featuring original graphics and great background music to keep you entertained. You start out with a two pipes. One on top, and one on the bottom. The ball drops out the top pipe and must be led by you through a maze of obstacles to the bottom pipe. You setup a variety of bars, teleporters, direction reversal units in advance, and when you are ready, you tap the play button and the ball drops. It then goes through your created path and as it does, it must touch all the keys in order to open the bottom pipe before the ball reaches it.

The Form game is physics based because you use ramps, levers, gravity modifiers, and teleporters to change the direction of the falling ball and maneuver the ball through each level. Form features various pieces that you can use to change the direction and the angle of the falling ball, and even teleport through walls, reverse gravity, and orbit the ball around obstacles. Each of the 48 levels is packed with unique puzzles and actually has more than one solution. You work your way up the 48 levels and 4 difficulties (easy, medium, hard, and expert) as you solve easier puzzles in the beginning to get warmed up and used to the style of the game. Form is a great iPhone game for improving your visual planning and perception skills while having fun.
