USAA (United Services Automobile Association) Mobile for iPhone users gives members of USAA a simplified mobile web site you can use to check account balances, transfer funds, make stock trades, pay bills, equest auto ID insurance cards and more. Access to information at your convenience, 24×7.

Safe Auto is a good insurance company. You can get a quote for free from them. They seem to have very low rates. They have several payment options where they allow you to write a check and hold it a couple of days till your payday.
