AccuDial – Conference Call Dialer review

If you have to call into meetings and hate having to remember those long and annoying pass codes for the conference call for each meeting, the AccuDial – Conference Call Dialer iPhone app is here to help. The free app is really simple to use and will save you the hassle of having to remember meeting pin codes and worrying about typing them in every time.

Adding new conference number is pretty straight forward. Just open the iPhone app, and tap the settings icon on the top right. Choose add a new conference and type in the information. You can give the meeting a name, type in the phone number to dial, and the conference code. Optional inputs you can add are date and time of the meeting, Conference suffix number if any, and participant codes if any. Suffix code is useful if you are the leader and or host, or have a project code that you need to enter in before you start the call. The date and time is only used for sorting your upcoming conference calls. No support is availabe for repeating meetings right now. Finally the optional participants entry can be connected to people in your iPhone contacts, and AccuDial will send email notifications of the conference call to them with the call-in info you’ve entered.

It’s easy to edit existing conference items you’ve created if you have to change any codes in the future. If you have a lot of calls created, you can sort them alphabetically, or by date, and even search for them by keyword.
