Looking for a live tracking app for Twitter on your iPhone? Boxcar is an iPhone Twitter app with Push Notification support that triggers anytime someone mentions you on Twitter, or sends you a direct message. What’s cool about Boxcar is that it works with you current apps like Tweetie or Twitterrific.
Boxcar checks your account once every 2 minutes and scans for any @mentions and also for direct messages, and sends you an alert with push notification if you have any messages. If you have a message, Boxcar will open Tweetie or Twitterrific and lets you do what you wish from there.
In the settings you can choose which Twitter app you use, and which type of messages you want to be notified about. With Boxcar you will always be in control of your Twitter account in real-time without having to monitor it constantly.

Boxcar works well, and now they changed polling from 5 to 2 minutes it’s near-instant.

I have “finally” got my iPhone, and it appears I have forgotten my logon or password, I keep getting an error (NSURLErrorDomain error 403) Does anyone have any idea what that error means??? I can’t get in and I miss Boxcar!!!
