Funambol

Funambol is an open source enterprise level mobile application server that provides push email, address book and calendar (PIM) data synchronization, and device management for wireless devices, leveraging standard protocols such as SyncML. For users, this means BlackBerry-like capabilities on commodity handsets. Now Funambol offers an iPhone interface to Outlook that promises to be pretty good. myFUNAMBOL enables iPhone users to wirelessly sync contacts from email clients such as Outlook and Thunderbird. You can also cync contacts from other phones over-the-air. More more information is provided here. Try with TestiPhone
