SwirlyMMS is a native iPhone app that lets you create, send and recieve MMS messages on your iPhone. You will then be able to send or recieve photos in your text messages. Free to try and $8 to buy.

You can find SwirlyMMS in Installer.app using the Ste Packaging community source.

1. Install from the installer.
2. Install Mobile Finder from the installer.
3. install Mobile Priview from the installer. (You need these 2 to view the files attached in the MMS. SwirlyMMS doesn’t allow you to view them.)
4. Reboot iPhone.
5. Launch SwirlyMMS from springboard.
6. Click settings
7. Enter MMSC & Proxy Server settings (different for every carrier).
8. Click save.

Use iPhone mods and hacks at your own risk! Installing 3rd Party iPhone apps requires you to jailbreak the iPhone before installing the native software and apps. You can use Installer.app for Mac OSX and iBrickr for Windows PC to do this. Browse the full list of all iPhone and iPod touch native 3rd party apps filed under the software category.

4. Way cool app!

   Sent myself one MMS on Viaero in Nebraska; worked perfectly; paid $8.

   WELL worth the small expense.

5. I can’t even download the demo via cydia. It keeps coming up with a message “md5sum mismatch”. Whats going on??????

8. I have the new update that works with 3.0, but when I try to send a pic, the program reboots my phone.

9. Swirlymms does not work on iPhone 3g S
   It will crash you phone and then you will have to do a restore
   And start all over again
